I live locally and have used this shop over the last 3 years or so; from my experience they have a convenient habit of the prices on the products tags not being the same as the price you pay at the till.
I have had to pull them up on this issue multiple times but it is a common theme in this store. Be careful that you’re not over paying for your shopping because it all adds up.

store administration, today I visited your store for the first time to send documents.. date of visit according to the receipt 07/01/2022 12:53. please carry out preventive work with the staff to comply with elementary hygiene rules. your employee who decorated the store with flowers (I think she had an Indian appearance). she smelled very terribly of sweat and spices, the smell was so strong that standing in line at the post office reception turned out to be a great torment. Sincerely, the customer of the store who was with you for the first time

Reasonable place to go if you need to buy something to eat and it's late as most stores tend to close early and are not open later over the weekend. However the prices are a bit high, the produce and meat are not always that fresh and the bread from the bakery section is borderline stale, if you manage to find any at all. A few months back they had a pest infestation and now they're keeping the bakery products mostly wrapped in plastic bags. However the shop assistants are lovely and helpful.

I've been using the store from when it first open has a costcutter when it was far better.
Of late there is lack of choice of food, no fresh bread for over 6 weeks by 4pm, seem to be pushing poor quality co-op bread instead.
Only saving grace is the staff

Very convenient shop but it is badly managed. They leave messy cages with rubbish on the pavement outside and the whole shop looks messy and run down. It needs a good clean inside and out and they need to be more respectful of the public space outside. Sweep up outside and hide all your rubbish!

Dont order through the Co Op 2 hour delivery slot with this branch. My order never appeared and when I called the shop they said it had been collected. Co Op customer service have just informed me that the order was never collected and a driver was never assigned. Shame, customer service was so helpful and these workers letting the whole company down.

Really nice small supermarket with a lot of organic and gluten/diary free products. Not a large choice but quite good enough, I prefer this one from the Tesco and Sainsbury's near the tube station.
Would be nice to have 1 or 2 self-service cashier to help with the queue some times.

Avoid - Use the Tesco around the corner (Or any store)

1 - Stopped stocking a number of vegetables

2 - The store is scruffy and a mess

3 - The self service tills are never stocked with bags

4 - Staff not remotely interested
