They’ve made the transition seamless and truly care about the residents. The maintenance team is also top-notch, consistently ensuring the property remains pristine and up to the highest standards.

One of the biggest highlights for me is the stunning view from my balcony—it's the perfect place to unwind and take in the beauty of the surroundings. I’m thrilled to be part of such a well-maintained, vibrant community, and I’m looking forward to many more great experiences here!

This Being a Newly Construction Built Apartments is really Awesome, It;s newly built, and you dont have to worry about living in an older Apt.

Tory and Shonttelle are Amazing Apt Management Team. They are always eagerly in assisting you in whatever you Need. I love the fact when I came here, it was still under construction, Torry has shown me a couple apts till I found the one that Fit. It was Cinderella and the Glass Slipper, it fit perfectly. I like the fact my bathroom has a shower, as I get older, It gets kinda hard to climb over the tub. I love how spacious this apt that I am is. I Love the new State of the Art Appliance's, especially the Washer and Dryers, they are awesome. I like the fact I can control my Thermostat from an app, and i can set the Temperature before coming home.

The Maintenance Team, ROCKS. When I submit a work order, its like they come the very next day to fix whatever needs to be fixed. Being this a new construction, NOT A LOT really needs to be fixed.

I love the fact that COOP Maple is like centrally located to where I need to be, Right down the street is a Grocery Store, and your also surround by some restaurants as well.

Tory and Shontelle really go WAAY and ABOVE BEYOND to assist their Residents. I really LOVE LOVE LOVE Living Here.

If you are looking for a great community, Co/Op Maple is the one for you. I'm a student in the near area and I have looked for apartments and nothing spoke to me like this property. Not only this, but Tory was absolutely amazing in easing my nerves of moving and talking me through the entire process. She is a great manager and member of the team, and her personality radiates through the community. As we toured, she remembered many of the residents names and greeted them - what manager does this? Tory! The apartment itself is beautiful and they made the application and move-in process beyond easy.

I love love love my apartment and the staff here. They are super friendly, relatable, and professional. You can tell they are very passionate about their jobs and catering to the residents. It’s a brand new build so everything is nice, clean and modern. The leasing manager Tory is AMAZING. The location is very central to everything as well. Not too far and right in the middle of everything.

Downside:

Parking is tight. Compact vehicles keep parking in wider spaces. Parking should have been planned better.

Looking for a gym here, not for you.

Apartments reek like weed sometimes.

Smart Ecobee thermostat (doesn't respond well with Google Home or Alexa)

Dishwasher not properly place, can't use functions or see them, too far underneath kitchen countertop structure.

Pros:
Hallways are air conditioned

Smart key lock/pin lock

Lighting in apartment is amazing

Stand up shower is amazing

Beautiful new Washer/Dryer and other appliances

Tory made my process fast and simple. The apartments speak for themselves and look better in person in my opinion. Front office is very responsive, positive, and maintenance team is efficient in my short experience.

Man great location close to downtown! The balconies have door views. Tory and Shantell have displayed above and beyond customer service. I cant wait to move here when my lease is up.
