This place is NOT a great place to live I lived here from 2015-2024 and it was great up until about 2019 they closed the pool that has stayed closed even as I'm writing this review it's still closed, They still advertise it on there website and not to mention there website looks like it's straight out of the 90's. They used to host fun events and have great things. They had a Basketball Court which they then replaced for a dog park and they also advertise a "bike path" but it's not even really a bike path it's just a really long sidewalk on which you could go one of two ways either into another neighborhood or lead you out of cambridge. They don't host co-op fest's anymore or any events for that matter. As I said previously about there website they imply more than they are letting on. They have these horrible parties halloween party, christmas party. These parties are horrible and when I went to the Christmas party when they were serving breakfast they had expired syrup on the table. The staff is corrupt and they have these "community vote" and they say that your voice matter but it really doesn't, They don't take anyones reports seriously and in order to even get in contact with them you have to visit in person office just to even get information,They don't respond to emails or answer the phone. Rich is the worst of all.I ended up having this incident where he threatened to call the police on me because I was going after a ice cream truck to conduct business. and not only that he threatened to write me a letter and evict me for not giving him my unit number.Which is completley illegal because in order for the landlord to kick you out you need probable cause.Then he starts ranting on about someone who was riding around the cooperative on a motor bike and accuses me of doing it which I explain to him it wasn't me but considering how corrupt he is of course he doesn't believe me. 1 STAR DO NOT LIVE HERE!

A great place to live. Pool, workout room,laundery room, great club house, three parks, bike and walking trails, garbage service, close to schools, sport complex across the street, a great place for a family or one just starting out. They have a co-op fest every year with games, prizes,bouncy houses for the kid's, music and food. They also have easter egg hunts for the kid's with prizes, if something breaks just call the office and someone will be down to fix it. All in all a good place to call home!

Nice place that will work with your finances. Awesome location to raise a family with the abundance of kids, playgrounds, rec room, basketball court, kickball court, walking/biking paths and even a pool. Take the family on a walk or bike ride to visit this cute location.

El mejor lugar para vivir tengo diez años viviendo aquí, y espero vivir los que me sean posible las personas son muy amables y cuando necesito mantenimiento para mi departamento lo hacen muy pronto, las personas de la oficina son muy amigables . En verdad amo este lugar ? y mis hijos lo aman también.
