The correct answer, John with member services, is that you would at least mention my concern to your boss. Instead, you gave me the company response, and asserted that is how you would have treated yourself as well when I asked if you felt that you had done onto others. You lied AND did not do onto others because there is no way anyone wants to be ignored, including you sir. You even acknowledge I have a valid point. The issue was your policy that is not in writing in regards to requiring credit card payments to be in the form of a cash advance. Your service agreement and underwriting documents fail to specify that internal processing demand. I would shove a giant lawyer sandwich up your ass if I cared about the continuation of your business, which I don't. You suck, you will always suck, and I look forward to your downfall.
