Amy is the best!!! She has now helped me with two loans and has showed me some tips and tricks with my money. Every time I go and see her she always makes me feel so proud of how far I have come financially and it’s been with her help, super thankful for FAIRWINDS to have her. I was helped by Amy the other day and she is amazing! I originally came to set up a savings account and she provided so much more, information about my account I didn’t know about and fixing a Zelle account issue that I’ve had for a very long time. Fair winds, I was referred by my sister, I just moved to Florida from Puerto Rico, I had a direst deposit account. They sold from my bank accounts. And many other things had happen with this credit union. The location was in the plaza in BVL. I am very disappointed with this credit unions.
They have good apr numbers to buy a home & car & personal account.
If you all credit union banks. Want your customer to trust your banks. Please be strong with you security.

Como es posible que alguien hackee una cuenta por $5,000 y el banco insista en cobrarlos. Se hizo un reporte a la policia y a ellos no le importa...asi mismo como han autorizado pagos sin yo haberlo programado.

No abran cuenta en esta cooperativa, su procedimiento de seguridad de cuentas es malisimo. No se la recomiendo a nadie a menos que quieran perder su tiempo haciendo negocios con Fairwinds Credit Union.

I entered this Fairwinds location with the hopes of receiving some starter checks along with providing assistance on accessing the business mobile app to my phone. Ms. Nina immediately greeted me upon my entry and provided me with outstanding customer support for all of my issues, concerns, and requests. Her appearance, poise, and outstanding demeanor was greatly appreciated by me. Employees like Nina are the reason why I remain doing business with Fairwinds. Keep up the great work!

Horrible services, and the manager too very rude. Fair winds is getting worst everyday. Time to switch bank . Larry the president does not do anything to improve services
