Ok, This place has not gotten any better. I have been a member for, I believe almost 20 years.
Since then, They have severely misplaced my mortgage payments, Yelled at me saying that I never made a principal payment. And many other issues. Finally, They promoted a great manager, and she has since left. It has gone down hill again. And not Just Fogelsville, the whole credit union. I have been a member of PSECU for 20 years and have had a Mortgage, a motorcycle loan, and many other accounts without any hiccups. I am switching all of my accounts to PSECU. Their reviews run circles around Firstcom, along with their Customer service.
Today, when speaking with a customer service rep, and asking if he could help me to cancel all of my recurring payments to credit card, etc... (I am transferring to PSECU), he stated That there would be fees for helping me out..and this is a direct cut and paste from the chat transcript...
David: There should not be any fees.....Why would you charge someone to d/c recurring payments
Craig: Because we are doing the work to stop all payments from our end.
Seriously?
I also spoke with Rema, Who was going to come flying in with her super hero cape, and fix the day. She wasted 20 minutes of my time, and realized after 20 minutes, she did not know what I needed. I walked into Fogelsville, figuring that in person would be better. I wanted to speak with Stacey R. VP Retail Director.
"Oh, she is in Trexlertown today, I just TEAMed her" Told this lady to TEAMS her, and let her know I was coming over.
Drove to Trexlertown, "Oh, She is in Allentown"
Drove to Allentown, now 4:45 PM
"Oh she is in Kutztown". Then I made Enzo get Stacey on the phone. Stacey wanted Enzo to show me how to do what I have been doing for years, but of course this week, The website was not working, due to their genius upgrades. But Stacey insisted. I was not going to waste 15 minutes with fruitless attempts, that I have been doing for a few days, just to run out of time, and all employees needed to go home. I asked multiple times if she could just stop all of my recurring payments, at first she said yes, then she refused. I closed all of my accounts, it was the ONLY way to prevent multiple withdrawls.
