Today was a day where everything that could go wrong did UNTIL I ran into Ritchie Danna. In no time he had resolved the problem that I was facing all day in regards to getting a payment out and the best part is, I’m not even a member. The bank made the error so I called 1800 number on hold for 30 minutes. The rep was very rude, he keep saying he is doing me a favor. Then he said Thank you for your attitude and hang up on me. Seriously!!

Great staff. Josh and Kenny were awesome. Seems to be a great financial Institution, professional, efficient and competent. We fianaced a new vehicle with them, re-fianianced another vehicle and they even offered insurance needs which saved our family over $600 a year!

I would highly recommend Alaska USA for all your banking needs. Go in and ask for Josh, you will not be disappointed!

It's one thing after another with this credit union...I've had so many different issues with them freezing my account, where I has to wait until the next day to get home to the system failing and not being able to Uber to work..they suck
