Today my husband and I visited Grow Financial Bank in Carrollwood to do a few business transactions for our account. We just wanted to say we received the ultimate service from Terra Ramotar. She was such a joy to do business with and answered all of our questions. She volunteered and offered a few suggestions we were not aware of and referred us to a financial advisor who works with Grow. We plan to meet and schedule with him soon. We had so much fun doing business and laughing so much at the same time...thank you Tara for making our day start off great!

Disappointing Experience at This Grow Financial Branch

I've been a loyal customer of Grow Financial for years and hold multiple accounts, including business accounts. While my experience at the original Lutz and New Port Richey branch has always been excellent, the treatment I receive at this specific branch is disappointing. I'm constantly questioned during my visits, which leaves me feeling singled out, despite my long-standing relationship with the credit union. Due to this inconsistency, I’ve decided I will only be visiting the Lutz branch from now on, where I consistently receive the professional service I expect.

I've been a Grow Federal Credit Union customer since 1997 when they were McDill Federal Credit Union and I've always received excellent service; however, I received superior service from Ami on my last two visits.
