Absolutely wonderful experience with this branch. We worked with Bun for our home equity loan. He was very informative and made the process very smooth and easy. His professionalism and demeanor were top notch. 10/10 will recommend this branch to our friends and family!

There arrogance in their customer service is a reason I'll never seek membership here. All I wanted to do was break a $50. After waiting in an empty lobby for a few minutes to get notices, I was basically told they wouldn't help me unless I was a member. This is the first bank that's ever done that to me. I thought convenience was the purpose for stuff on a military base.

Very professional and courteous with every transaction. Had an issue with my extended warranty. Talked to Bun (site Manager) about it, He resolved it in minimum time and

Mr. Bun Heng, the manager, and his staff have been very helpful over the years that I have been with them. They are respectful,kind and have a good atmosphere whenever I walk into the building. They have helped me understand various things about my account and fixed many issues that other locations would brush off or completely ignore. they are a professional staff and I appreciate the work they have done to help me and my account.

Grow pretty much sucks.....
I was in need of a car loan and thought Grow would be happy to service my needs since I have been a member in good standing since I graduated high school 20 years ago. So I was informed that they could offer me 3.5% if my credit was excellent with an incremental increase for above average credit and so on. In light of this information I allowed them to check my credit to find that it was well over 700. So I’m thinking,”Great, let’s do this”, however based on my score they were sorry to say they could only offer 6.95% with a limited term of 4 years and it had to be a later model vehicle; what!!! Can you say bait and switch? Now I have a hard hit on my awesome credit with nothing to show for it. I have worked in the Fire Service for 18 years and understand that suncoast has recently offered some of my fellow employees very low rates; I think I’ll close my Grow account and go there. Thanks for nothing Grow.
