Very friendly staff. Down side- I misplaced my card so a could not not pause or lock your card from the banking app. Branch told me I had to cancel my card and would have to go to another Branch to have my new card made as their card machine is broken! or wait to get a new card in the mail. This was very inconvenient, Also was told you have download another app separate from the “banking app” a “banking tools app” to lock my card’ I have other banks an I’m able to lock an unlock cards under 1 app to do something so simple not even the bank was able to pause the card I was told I’d have to cancel card completely.

Lyndsie greeted me with kindness and actually happy to do her job, and even went above with her excellent customer service. I am happy I started banking with Grow Financial, and glad I actually went INSIDE the bank today, not drive thru. I will more often, epecially with more people like Lyndsie!

Today is unusual in that it's taken two trips to work out my debit card problem. Usually the staff is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Since my initial review I've worked with the Grow Financial many times for a positive outcome for any issues I may have had. I love doing business with them at their location on West Gandy Blvd in south Tampa.

As usual, the service here at Grow Financial was superb. Manager Toni expertly handled a very difficult situation that I found myself in. Thank you you Toni I can breath again.
