This review is not for a specific location is about GTE in general. Horrible services, app worthless, customer reps on the phone useless. This bank has an app that does not allow you to make payments, if you make a payment on the day before is due they will charge you a late fee and will not help you removing it, even though you where not actually late. I will never use this bank services ever for anything. Nothing but
headaches for every single thing you need to do. We will be ending pur business with this institution.
