I went into JetSteam with my sister to update information to her account, and we had the privilege of being helped by Rodrigo Fernandez. From the moment we meet him he was very kind and very professional. He addressed every issue we had and shared other services offered by the credit union that he thought would be beneficial to us. I came to finance a motorcycle and ended up refinancing my car as well, thanks to Rodrigo's incredible service. He was insightful, helpful, and kept in touch to ensure everything ran smoothly. He even managed to refinance my car within the same credit check, which was a huge plus. Rodrigo was incredibly responsive through email and made the entire process seamless. Overall, the experience was amazing, and I highly recommend his services!

Had a very pleasant experience dealing with Rodrigo, CEO Jeannie and CFO John.

I could not rate them any lower. I’ve been a member for over 25 years and in the last three it’s been nothing other than problems. It feels like a clown show. In January they froze my my savings account without warning because I had not made a deposit. I had to drive 30 miles to hand them a check. Last week they cancelled one of my two credit cards because I was not using it enough. Again without any communication or warning. I called this morning to find out why my card was cancelled and it took over three hours and speaking to six people before someone could tell me the reason. I have now cancelled the remaining card and closed my savings account. What a joke.
