All potential buyers and realtors should steer clear of Leisure Co-Op. The President and Board of Directors have made the living conditions terrible for the residents The President is a bully and harasses the residents. The Board has no interest in accepting any responsibility as to how the President acts or the concerns of the residents. The President has made it difficult for any one to purchase in Leisure as she has set up all of these requirements that are not necessary. According to the President, she wants to improve the living conditions at Leisure Co-op. In effect what she is doing is lowering the property values of the units by her actions. The officers and Board of Directors need to step down or the residents need to come together to vote all of them out of office. That is the only way Leisure Co-op will improve. If I could give a zero star, I would. Giving one star is too generous.
