This location sucks. They never knows what’s going on in my account. They are rude and try to be smart with you. They don’t take notes on what has to be done and someone different takes over my account every time I call for something. Very unorganized office would not recommend.

This new location stinks, it’s so hard to find parking. I came here on a Sunday evening 8pm to make a deposit and all the logix parking was taken probably from the restaurant.

I was originally customer of Pasadena brunch and have amazing customer service so far! But unfortunately I can not say same things for Burbank location today I quick stop and ask about my car loan payoff amount and some other information, first person who does check in I believe her name was Tiffany and she was not welcome at all and she forwarded to me teller which teller was ok( Not great but better then Tiffany) then she forward me back again her and I back and ask her question she was so irritated! She didn’t tell me anything but Literally you can tell her voice and body language that she is super dislike her job! I would definitely recommend manager that take minute and please go through your customer service experience with Customer

I spend about 15 minutes at an atm trying to deposit cash to my accout. At the end, an atm says transaction failed and returns all cash. I tried both ATMs, same result. What was supposed to be a quick transaction turned out to be a frustration and waste of time

I’m giving one star for Natalie De Leon and her manager Paul Simmons for never following through on my questions and follow up information on refinancing my vehicle. I have never felt with horrible customer service. I was treated as if I do not matter and definitely do not feel valued as a long time customer. I asked Natalie who was Paul’s manager I was told it was Tony Wang I called left a message and was never called back . Get employees who want to do their jobs and be nice to people. There are tons of people looking to
Work and actually perform excellent customer service.
