Slowest bank in Ventura county. Not sure why in 2024 we pay a greeter still who can’t help customers. Always limited open tellers but several staff at desks talking while the lines are slow moving and long.

My husband and I love Logix! We purchased 2 RVs with them, and they are so kind and professional every time we help us with our purchases. I have worked with Hannah many times, and she is an amazing professional!

Hannah Romero did an excellent job in helping me process my paperwork for an auto loan. She assisted in every way and made the transaction run smoothly, and gave me the most positive feeling of accomplishment.

Hannah was outstanding. She helped process our loan paperwork an hour before closing even though she could of had us come back the next day. She went out of her way to explain each step and it could not have been easier. She was also very friendly. I would happily bank here all the time.

Great experience in getting my home loan in December. Great experience today redeeming some savings bonds. Staff are always courteous and competent. Shout out to Mellissa and Andrew for their help today.

Took me weeks just to get an auto loan approved due to how unhelpful and negelgent their staff is. Dealt with almost five staff members in two weeks and each one of them deserves the rating above. No stars deserved at all for that matter! Go somewhere where people will make you feel confident when it comes to important business. ?
