I visit 3 different locations to pay my loan. All of them are super friendly and greet me by my last name. They all help and deal with what ever problems you may have. This location opened up not too long ago and it is the closest to kissimme. Every time I visit here the employees are just standing around gossiping and no one greets you. Today 10/16/2024 I tried to pay my loan and the lady kept telling me my card was declined and she tried it 4 different times and I have the funds in the account but she just pretty much wanted me to be gone. I called the institution to figure out what the issue was and they were no failed transactions. So it is as if she either didn't do it correctly or she didn't want to deal with me at all. Horrible experience never coming back and I wish all those bad apples in there to be fired.

Claudia sala she was so much of help. I went in to fix an account problem she was amazing, kind and professional. Took the time to help me despite of her closing time and made sure my app was working as well. Thank you Claudia you were awesome!!?

Excellent service by Claudia Sala. She was very friendly and professional. She help us with a concern about how to make a payment through the phone for the first time. She explained step by step, in order for us to do it correctly next time we have to do the payment. Hope everyone will be like her. Thank you CLAUDIA SALA !

I went into this branch to do a loan payoff. Part with cash and part with cashier check, when I got to the teller I told her I wanted to pay my loan off, handed her the cashier check she said one moment and walked away. 15 -20 mins she came back and processed the payment. There was no communication has to what was happening or why it was taking longer than I had expected. She just kept walking back and forth from the line to another associate. If something, anything was explained to me I would have not minded as much. Then when I asked to close the savings she told me not until payments process can I close it. I called customer Service, literally moments later- and they were able to close the acct.
Please Advise your associates that this is a customer service based career and a little kindness makes things less tense.

Give them 1 because there is no way to give them 0 stars. Don't waste your time calling their service number because must of the time they are clueless or have no access to what you need. Don't add those extra insurances for sickness, lost of income, ect because they only have 1 lady to work all the members from all branches and you are lucky if ever get to talk to her. Finally paid off my loan and hope to never even have to pass in front of any of their buildings. WORST SERVICE EVER!
