I had the worse service I’ve ever had a bank, the banker wasn’t interested in helping I think she would have rather continued her conversation with her coworker. I ended up getting the help I needed from a call center. I was pretty upset I needed help with a fraudulent transaction that she really couldn’t be bothered with. I recommend the Royal Oak or 22 mile branch.

Worst credit union I've ever had the displeasure to work with. They used to be my go to and I would refer everyone to them but have gotten worse and worse every year since COVID hit. Will never go back and have advised my friends and family to be wary as well. Watch out for the teller Amy, horrible human being and is drunk on whatever power she thinks she has.

I don't care I don't want to deal with your organization in any capacity there's no "making it right" when I took my business directly to community choice credit union and they did what you refused to do in minutes. I'd leave a 1 star review for every negative experience if I could there are at least a dozen.

Seriously if you have to do business with this organization don't do it with Amy and if you don't chose another credit union you'll thank me later. Previous member of 15 years I might add.

I've been a member with MSGCU for over 25 years, since I was a teenager. They have always gone above and beyond. My husband and I went into the branch yesterday to handle an issue with our account. We sat down with Karen and I cannot even begin to say enough awesome things about that experience. She was calm, patient, friendly and so, so helpful. She explained things so I could easily understand and re-explained them if I needed her to. The issue took longer to resolve than we were there, but she made several phone calls to my husband and I throughout the day as she got the issue taken care of. We were really freaking out about our account and she was able to help us not only fix the issue, but also reassure us and make us feel better about the whole situation. I cannot say enough about how fabulous Karen was with helping assist with refinancing. We made an appointment and got in early, she took us right away and was very friendly, compassionate and seemed to truly care. Not to mention, got the job done! Karen is excellent, go see her for ANY of your financial needs!

Do not go to this credit union if you need to go over your Account? The woman and sorry don’t mean to be disrespectful but OMG? My mother is Sicilian and can’t speak good English? The Woman there refused to talk to me with my mother in front? Seriously? I’m educated and speak very good English but I wasn’t on account and she refused to put me on account? Seriously and obviously with my Sicilian brass I got a little loud and bam another woman walks in and says she is calling police on me? Seriously Do NoT Go To This Branch if you want to be treated like a human being go to another Credit union or branch!!! Take my word for it!!!!

I haven’t had a brick and mortar bank for about 5-7 years now. I love this bank for me , it came as recommendation so i could refinance my vehicle but im enjoying it for my other banking needs also. ❤️

I normally go to the location in chesterfield location off of hall road , but since switching jobs I have started coming to the Shelby township location and have had the pleasure of dealing with Lisa V on a regular basis. She is extremely professional , courteous and she is always smiling, it really puts you in a good mood when dealing with somebody who truly cares about their profession and taking care of their customers. I would highly recommend this bank and location.
