MIDFLORIDA Credit Union

This branch is the friendliest bank I have ever dealt with. I have two other account with two different institutions but they do not even come close. The employees there learn your name and they all seem to like each other. The staff works together very well and they really appreciate your business whether $5 or $5 million (I’m in the first category.

All the staff members there are very helpful and knowledgeable. Kudos to Andrew!!! Perfect gentleman with manners you don't find that too often. Please may you mention him at a staff meeting and also give a Kudos, if your company gives Kudos. Thank you, I really love Mid Florida Credit Union.

Client for about 5 years. I closed my account today. Takes a while to get anything done, many things done incorrectly the first time, and I would have to come back. If I needed anything inside, it was a minimum of 30 minutes. The longest was an hour and a half. Workers were always friendly. I changed banks and nothing has taken more than 20 minutes. I no longer have to plan my day around stopping at the bank.

I have done the banking for my family business for over 40 years. I have to say that by far the Mid Florida Gulf to Bay branch is the best bank I have had the pleasure of dealing with. It is so nice to be greeted when entering the bank and knowing the employees are happy to see you. By far better than the big banks where the greeting is "you could do this at the ATM". Laura was great at setting up multiple accounts for the businesses and personal accounts. She went above and beyond. I would say the employees could be giving lessons on what is truly good customer service. If you are looking for a great bank to meet all your needs, this is the bank.

he Clearwater branch on gulf to bay has the most friendliest and efficient staff. I especially want to commend Nicholas Stanger for his dedication to the best customer care. He reviewed my accounts with me and looked out for the best investment strategies for all of my accounts. I see you are building a new location on east bay drive and I would like to recommend Nicholas to be considered for branch manager. I would like to continue having Nicholas as my financial advisor at the new location. He has a lot of potential to offer Midflorida. God bless you all.

Great Bank. Just moved to Palm Harbor. This bank is great for my auto loan and mortgage. They beat other bank rates and my credit card from them pays 2.5% back no limitations. Every time I go in this branch the people are so nice.

Bad customer service at this branch. It is run by Hispanics that get better treatment. All this POS credit union is steal fees from you. This is not a good credit union at all. I have done business with credit unions all my life. The big banks are coming around. Look elsewhere. Garbage all day long.
