Tried opening a new account. Not sure the person wanted to get an account opened with me. Went to seacoast instead, and they helped me out perfectly and got me set up with an account and their sign on special.

Terrible experiencia hoy 08/27 9:58am viste en branch de Kissimmee ni supe el nombre de la representante de servicio q me atendió ya q ni se presentó, con cero ganas de prestar servicio al cliente al parecer no está capacitada para atender al público. Denigrante me dice q no me puede ofrecer servicio ya q mi ID es Temporary sin antes hacer un research como si ella es agente de USCIS su trato fue discriminatorio y totalmente falta de ética y profesionalismo deberían enviarla a tomar curso de atención al cliente

This branch is amazing. The staff is always super friendly and knowledgable.
I have been banking here since it opened.
The wait time is usually minimal and they offer free pop corn on Fridays.
Also they have convenient drive thru and lobby hours.
Five stars for excellent customer service.

Today I had the worse experience in this location, I presented a federal document that stated who I was and they still refused to give me my money just because I didn’t have an account directly with them. A few hours later I came back with a “Real ID”. The guy who was helping got call to the back office while he was helping me, most likely he was being questioned if I had a “Real ID” this time. The short Hispanic lady who appeared to be the manager did absolutely nothing to help me. Oh by the way Ms. Manager remember to wear your name tag as is part of your uniform and don’t forget to lead by example.. Never in the remainder of my life I will open an account with Midflorida credit union neither I will recommend to anyone.

Samone Scott got me a great approval on a used car and credit card, was extremely pleasant to speak with as well. Allison the manager stayed open late for me just to make sure I got all my paperwork handled and was extremely kind too. I thoroughly look forward to banking with this branch. ❤️

I had nothing but a positive experience here! I’m not a member, but I needed to withdraw funds from another credit union in Colorado. MIDFLORIDA was the only shared branch credit union in my area that was open on a Saturday and allowed shared branch transactions that weren’t limited to an ATM. Everyone was friendly, and the entire process was quick and painless. Despite having to go a little out of my way to get to them, it was a pleasant experience, and I will happily consider opening an account with them!

I took 35 min to make a deposit for my father in law. Needed help to fill out the deposit form which is different cause it’s going out state. Did the line the form didn’t feel correctly had to go back fix it and make lane for 3rd time, finally get to desk the ladie ask me like 3 times didn’t know how to make the transaction.
Was planning to switch my bank account with them definitely not will do. There was a lady complaining she just opened an account with them the day before and she was having issues too.
