Worst bank ever they literally taking people money the froze my account because I was transferring money too chase not over 10k I been dealing with this for 4 months they made me remove myself from business fill out appeal still haven’t got my money branch tell you something different then people over the phone do not bank with these people they still haven’t told me what I did against the law all they saying is suspicious activity That’s not enough what’s suspicious about transfer money too chase both business accounts

Ride not very welcoming at all. Seem to have attitudes and hate their job. It doesn’t hurt to smile and have a friendly conversation especially when they are trying to talk to you. Literally went into deposit a check I said I didn’t know if it was real or not and she didn’t even let me finish what I was saying before asking who it’s from and saying it’s real. And I was trying to be nice and have conversation she just wanted to cut me off felt like. I don’t even wanna bank there anymore cause of the rudeness.

Absolutely Nothing Navy Federal does helps veterans or their families. If they do, then you have options at other Banking institutions.
It's like banking at Walmart, no one on one relationships.

Racist & fraudulent. They stole $10,000 from me. I paid off a "pledge loan" (which is basically a secured loan) and they never gave me my money back. I have tried to put in complaints and they won't give me my money back. They even banned me from their locations.

My clients were using this CU for a loan to buy an home and it was my worst experience with a lender so far in my career. The loan officer refused to talk to me, even with the permission of my buyers. We had to file addendums twice to extend our contact due to how slow they were. They preapproved my clients, made everything sound good, and then a week or two before closing, sent me an email saying they were closing their file- without so much as a warning. They would not take my phone calls to figure out what was going on! I still to this day have never heard a word from them. I still am not sure what happened. The lack of communication with me (the realtor) throughout the process was unbelievable.
Ultimately, my clients had to switch lenders in the middle of a contract and start over. Very stressful, frustrating, and disappointing for everyone involved.

NFCU assigned me a mortgage loan officer who doesn't care about anything but the bare minimum (Rebekah Shelton NMLS# 1609088). Any questions I have, never get answered. They even assigned me a mortgage loan officer 1000+ miles away in Florida. I ask basic credit related questions and the loan officer will refer me to a totally different credit company. I can't plan anything with nfcu at my side. NFCU can save A LOT of money by going A.I. because they train their employees to give you computer-like answers.

I tried calling a supervisor to get help, and found nothing. So I'm writing this to help others.

(NFCU if you want this changed to a 5 star review, you need to service one of your long time, forgotten members)

Or else, I won't just walk away, I'll become your permanent anti-sales rep

I have a brain injury from my service to this country! I deserve an extra explanation every now and then! I don't deserve this treatment from a bank that I keep all my money in.

I've banked for along time with these guys, but I had a really solid experience today. I noticed my APR on my car was astronomical after refinancing last year to make it better. My old finance company LOST my car title, never giving the lien to Navy Federal causing them to gouge my untitled car. The lady there helped me with everything I needed and explained it very well to my peanut brain. I took her notes to the DMV, filled out the forms and got everything straightened out. Went back to Navy Fed and the lady put in all the new forms and receipts solving my problem. Thanks so much to you who helped me!
