Today, I had a conversation with Kasey, identified by her employee number 2798, and unfortunately, she provided me with a significant amount of incorrect information regarding the banking credit card policies. Dealing with her made the process of releasing an unauthorized hold excessively challenging. She seemed to imply that my request to have the funds returned to my account ahead of schedule was somehow inappropriate. It is worth noting that the merchant supplied me with a pin and explicitly authorized the return of the funds. Regrettably, I am thoroughly disappointed with the level of customer service Kasey provided.

They take a long time to answer calls (I plan to wait roughly 30 minutes since that is on average how long they take to answer.). However, once they answer the phone they are incredibly helpful and supportive! Helped me get back my money when someone committed fraud on my account!

First year here and they were very rude whenever i would make a deposit. Had to wait around 40 minutes and then she rudely told me that I was taking to long, when I didn't take more than 3 minutes.
