I wil never do business with this credit union in the future. Every time that I decline the consent to sell my information to 3rd party companies it locks my account and ability to make my auto loan payment. I then have to call and speak to a representative to have my account re-activated to make payment. I do not recommend.

Loved being a partners member for two years now. Left Disney and moved to a new state and still kept partners because they’ve been a good bank, but: had my debit card go missing so called to order a new one and was told it takes 7-10 business days to arrive. Waited and called after a week and a half and was told it didn’t get ordered until 5 days later. Well now it’s been 10 “business days” since they decided to place the order but not counting business days it’s been almost a month without my card. Can pay any online bills and it’s frustrating. Very disappointed in this.

Branch at International Dr. Lack of customer service skill. Long waiting period time when there were few customers. We decided to give it a try, expecting the same amazing customer service that you can get at any Disney park or resorts (Partners Represent Disney World ) well I'am very disapointed. As a customer, when we are experiencing an issue we go to the branch for answers and solutions, we don't want to hear "... well you might have to do it yourself, ... it might be your other credit union website not ours (without paying proper attention to my question), maybe it was by lunch time? Not a People Person? Find yourselves another career then. Tellers at this specific branch ( International Dr) were friendly, professional and up to walk the extra mile, nor the Host or some bankers.

Absolute scammers! I signed up for a 12 month CD which matures this month. I received a letter in the mail saying that it will auto renew (this was never mentioned when I opened the account) and unless I call to stop the auto renewal I will get penalized for withdrawing my funds. Try calling the number and of course it is an endless menu where you can never talk to a person. It keeps asking for my account # over and over even after I have already provided it and then says "my PIN is wrong" and hangs up. Absolute joke, I will be closing all my accounts with them and going elsewhere.

What to say about Partners Federal Credit Union on International Drive?

I love this credit union. I have refinanced both my cars with them and they are great at rates and work with you.
The facilities are very clean and marked with stickers for social distancing and everyone wears masks. The tellers and advisors are great. They also have a nice seating area. They used to offer complimentary coffee but due to COVID-19 it isn't safe.
There is a security officer at the entrance and an ATM for when they're close. There are many parking spaces too.

Highly recommend it!

I barely opened my account and the headache of signing up for online banking and having to verify myself to add my card to my apple wallet, has me rethinking my decision to open an account here. So many people rave about this credit union BUT You can just tell that their practices are very old fashion.

This credit union specializes in working with Disney World employees. The staff is polite and very helpful and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond for their members. I highly recommend this credit union if you meet the enrollment requirements.
