We decided to refinance our home. Joedda Santos, the new branch manager at PPCU's Woodland Park office made it so simple! We were both amazed at how easy it could be to refinance. We highly recommend Pikes Peak Credit Union - excellent service by people who truly care about their customers!

PPCU has phenomenal service! We sought a banking institution that was aware of and practices "local economy" and found the BEST service in Teller County! We're so glad we made the move.

I have had very good service at PPCU for 19 years, the people are great. I give it a 5 star as far as the people go and most of the services. My only complaint is ever so often one of my debit cards won't work. Like I tried to use one of them at Divide Feed to buy hay for my goats yesterday and it came back declined because it was expired (which it wasn't) I tried to change a bills auto draft to this card and the web site said check expiration date or CCV. This is driving me crazy. But this is my only complaint.

I refinanced an auto loan through Pike's Peak, and even after providing adequate proof of insurance more than once, I have received multiple letters in the mail stating I have a week of lapsed coverage and that they will be adding $273 to my current balance to pay for the insurance. Find a bank with better customer service and up to date support systems and save yourself the trouble of coordinating with this institution.

PPCU still operates in the dark ages of banking. There is no after hours assist once the two offices close the door for the day. Website constantly locks out your accounts 2 to 3 times a month forcing you to wait unit the next business day to have your online account unlocked. Worse no direct support to fix this problem, have to go through a couple of people with each phone call to resolve the problem. Many a time the person one the phone will not believe you until you force them to try to access the account themselves.

Personal and Auto loan process takes days for a response, worse you have to call them to get an update as promised call backs never occur. I have good credit score and yet could not qualify for a loan there, was able to go to another financial company and get a loan in just a few minutes.

Very friendly staff . Have been banking with them for 17 years which says a lot for loyalty. They have come along way in that time. There system is kinda slow when processing a transaction. The fraud department is excellent. Would never get one of those paid services that monitor your accounts. Sharon H at the Woodland Park branch has been awesome. We have had several loans and a refi done here.

My wife and I went into this Woodland Park Colorado branch to open an account. We prefer local credit unions to big banks. We are non-traditional in that we are living in a nearby RV Park in our RV. The RV Park gave us a reciept that showed us with reservations thru September of 2018. It's an RV Park, so they have no long term lease to sign. Nevertheless, the person in charge at the time we went in to open an account could not be bothered to talk to us to learn more about us in order to help us open an account, instead she refused to do business with us. I guess they have enough customers and do not need any more. We went to a different credit union, and were warmly welcomed and graciously helped.

1) The account app is quirky and absent many features and functions usually common to similar websites. It's become a laugh for those around me whenever I try to log on. 2) Several staff members must be pampered in order to get decent customer service.
