I’ve been a loyal customer of this bank since I was 16, and now, almost 20 years later, I’m considering switching. Lately, every time I visit in the mornings to deposit money, the ATMs are consistently out of service to deposit cash. I need to be able to put money in my account when I want to, especially with bills coming out. This has never been an issue throughout the many years I’ve banked here, but the frequent inconvenience is starting to push me toward finding another bank. It’s disappointing to see this decline in reliability after such a long relationship with them.

Update: It’s been three months since I made this review and your still having problems with the ATM went December 22 to deposit money I went to two separate branches one on Prince on the one on Silverbell and the deposit is not working. It does not accept cash. Prior to this I have went on separate occasions and again ATM not working. Cant even pay my bills on time due to this.

I hope this message finds you well. I have been a loyal customer for the past 18 years, and during this time, I have enjoyed a seamless banking experience. However, I must express my recent dissatisfaction with the service I received, which has left me considering alternative banking options.

Over the past two years, I have encountered several issues that I had not previously experienced . Most notably, my ability to access my accounts over the phone and perform simple transfers has become significantly more challenging.

In all my years with your institution, I have never encountered such an extensive interrogation when attempting to complete basic transactions over the phone. During my most recent call, I was bombarded with numerous security questions, some of which were entirely new and had never been asked of me before. The tone of the conversation was further exacerbated by the rudeness displayed by the customer service representative, which left me feeling frustrated and irritated.

I want to emphasize that my frustration stemmed not from the security measures themselves but from the abrupt and discourteous manner in which they were implemented. Furthermore, I had politely explained that the account I was attempting to access was not linked to my online banking, which is why I was seeking assistance over the phone.

As a long-standing customer, I have always appreciated the convenience and efficiency. However, my recent experiences have prompted me to consider exploring alternative banking options that may better align with my needs and expectations.

Why do the ATMs NEVER work!? It’s super frustrating that you can never deposit cash through the ATMs at any of the locations. There aren’t that many to begin with and they’re all far from each other. Bank elsewhere!

i’ve never had a good experience besides at least once or twice. the lady’s here are so rude and not patient when figuring things out. One specifically named Naomi, very nasty attitude. Another lady always had gave me trouble about my ID because “it doesn’t look like me”, when it’s clearly me.. just not as chunky as i was when i was 15 (im 17 now). please do better.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service provided by manager, Carlos Ibarra. He is very rude and disrespectful, lacking any customer service skills. Additionally, he doesn't seem to be a team player and is disrespectful to his employees. I'm surprised he is still there given the negative reviews he has received. I will be sending an email to corporate and will be looking to take my business elsewhere.
