They will not have your back on a fraud claim. With internet fraud now at unprecedented levels, I need a bank that will be on my side. RBFCU has a fraud team with theif friendly policies. When they investigate fraud, they will always look for the quickest way to make the customer eat it so that they don't have to take the hit. Cowards.

I have had great experiences with Randolph Brooks but they make you jump through hoops to get any services done remotely at all. I needed to make a payment on my car loan and the person I spoke with asked for my social, the last 8 digits of my debit card, and had me go through multi factor authentication, along with asking me for the answer to my security question. All of that was given to her gladly, I understand that they are working with sensitive information. I was put on hold and then basically told to go into a branch to make a car payment which makes absolutely no sense. Their are plenty of ways to facilitate payments online and over the phone securely.

Friendly place. We opened a few accounts today. They put us in an office with a video chat to someone in their main office. Ids and documents are handled by scanner and printer in the office. When we needed a notary, the person on the video chat called the branch that we were in and let them know. The manager came in quickly and notarized the documents.

I also made a $28K payment on my mortgage. That took well over 5 minutes because the teller had to get a Manager's approval twice.

Great experience today! Due to traffic I arrived at 4:40- they were due to close at 5pm . I was welcomed with smiles by Jonathan and had help with my auto loan. Thank you RBFCU!

2/22/23 New customer and attempted to do a transfer and did not receive confirmation of the transaction. Attempted to call and go to the website but their entire operation is down. Website not working, calls not connecting. Oh heck no. Taking my money out today. I don't feel comfortable building a savings account here with these poor systems.

Horrible Manager, Supervisor & Regional Vice President! I went in to talk to someone but the Supervisor demanded to see my ID before he would sign me in. What?! I just had a question.

He was not going to see anything on my account. If so, I would have gladly given my ID. I felt this Supervisor guy had an ego default by the way he treated me. He told me, " We need to know who goes into a room with their employee!!" Wow! However, I spoke to the Manager & Regional Vice President about the obvious paranoia then received a letter in the mail that it was my behavior - questioning their paranoia - that they feel was the problem! I disagree. So they will threaten customers for demanding our privacy when necessary via letter. They are holding My money & that's it! They do not have authority over us as customers especially when we just want to ask a question! They obviously assume everyone that walks through their doors is a criminal! So silly! I should not have to identify myself with an ID if I just want to ask a question!!

Paranoid!!

When I joined this credit union there was a local number on the website in order to call the Georgetown branch and now there is a 1-800 number with a wait time each time I've phoned. AND- the G branch is still fully closed (without an appointment; however, no appointments were available when I called)!!! Moving my money.

There is an extreme lack of customer service especially at the GT location when it comes to the branch managers and assistants. Tellers, sure they are nice enough….I will be civil and not mention any names. I will also say RBFCU as a whole, simply put is just not nice, not to mention the lack of depository atms (and atms in general) is very very slim.
