The team was very attentive to my needs and were service oriented. they even had cookies to sweeten my time in the branch. My reason for visiting the branch was taken care of promptly. This is why I have banked with them since 1986 (Group Health CU then Salal CU)

Horrible experience- Salal loan department! I notified this bank of my mom’s death-and her estate was in probate. I was told the loan department would contact me. And they waited 6 weeks to contact me and charged my dead mother interest and late fees during the time they took to contact me! I will never do business with them again due to the unethical practices and will spread this experience to the public. There is now an open complaint with the AG.

I visited today to get help with a wire transfer for an affiliated credit union. Staff was kind and very helpful, even though I wasn't technically their customer. I will gladly do business with them again!

We have been with Salal for as long as they have been around dating back to when they were known as Grouo Health Cerdit Union. We love everything about the way they operate. Their savings and checking platform and their loan department shine. Small time business with big business sense.

It'll be Ludacris to ever expect even a decent amount of customer support from this branch location. I attempted to drop off a check and was informed that I could only do it at their tukwila branch. As a small business owner, I was absolutely stunned. After watching mere moments before, watching another individual do the exact same transaction. I love the idea of credit unions, I'm a member of three of them. But these guys, I mean wow. Just absurd.

Wow. I will never get a loan or do any kind of business with Salal Credit Union ever again. I inherited them when they bought Group Health - who was awesome. I paid off my car more than 4 years ago - I was never sent my title/release of liability/payment in full letter or any other documentation that I now own the car outright, I didn’t realize this until I tried to sell my car and realized I don’t have the title. To my surprise the DMV still showed Salal as a lien holder, when I called Salal Credit Union, they passed me around several times, couldn’t find any answers or explanation as to why I’ve never been sent documentation naming me as the legal owner and said they would immediately put the docs in the mail (mind you NOTHING happens “immediately” at Salal, I had to call several times and follow up with them to even get this far), in typical Salal fashion, I am now going on three weeks - no title. I called and apparently my title was not sent out immediately, even after it being 4 YEARS LATE, it still wasn’t sent out. I’ve had to pull my ads to sell my car, pay car insurance and a parking space for an extra month because of Salal’s neglect and lack of professionalism. If I didn’t know any better, I would think this is some kind of scam, what if I died? Would Salal own my car? Ridiculous, this kind of neglect should be illegal.

It's great having a financial institution where the staff take the time to get to know you and address you by name.
The Bellevue branch is the nicest of all the Salal locations and even though it's farther for me to get to, itsi worth the drive/time whenever I need to do my banking.
