This bank use to be so helpful with their customers, now their employees will argue with you like Tiffany. They also charge 75 dollars if you want to apply for a different loan. So much has changed, I almost felt like I was asking a family member for a loan and that family member was scolding me about it. What a difference.

They blocked my husband card, unable to unblock the same card took over 20 minutes to give mine and tell me what they did also give my correct number for the activation of the car, they got it wrong again and again now need to wait another 20 to create the cards they need to be more productive and careful
