Overall, it was okay. I swapped the chicken in the Bam Bam salad for salmon. The salmon was just alright—some parts were slightly overcooked, making the meat a bit tough. The rest of the ingredients were raw, so not much cooking skill to comment on. I expected the mushrooms to be grilled, but there were only about five slices, and they were completely raw. The almonds were also raw, which made them quite hard to chew; roasted almonds would’ve tasted much better.

Please stop doing this. When iceberg lettuce starts to brown bacteria is growing. This is the main cause of E Coli. Specially when the slime builds. I love snappy salads and I’m only calling them out so that they stop doing this. These are the last two salads I have ordered they have gone straight to garbage.

100% love visiting this salad bar… Tiana & Leslie provided awesome customer service. Thanks for pointing me to the fresh juiced Green Detox! Taste Amazing. This is a must visit if you’re in Las Colinas!!!!

Josh did a great job with customer service interacting with my 4 year old daughter and being friendly. I remembered him from his hospitality at another Snappy Salads location (Greenville Ave). During this time he was the only one smiling and taking care of customers when others were not during the lunch hour rush. Thank you Josh! We will be back!

If you’re looking for fast, delicious, and healthy meals, I would recommend Snappy Salads! They have a variety of choices to choose from; salads, grain bowls, wraps, and juices.

The service was quick, and very friendly! The restaurant was clean, and the food was very fresh.

We ordered 2 grain bowls to share. I ordered the southwest grain and the hot honey bowl for the 2 of us.

Both were really good! I would order them again in a heart beat!

Ordered two salads from here through DD today around 5 PM. This picture is all of the brown/wilted/old lettuce that was placed in JUST MY salad. Not including the other salad in my order. Literally spent like 15 minutes sifting through what was edible and what wasn’t. Please please please make sure your lettuce is fresh every day! Brown lettuce should not be served out of a salad establishment. The only reason there is a second star, is because this place serves a healthier option than most.
