The service and connection is fine, but they have TERRIBLE communication! I spoke to 8 different people over the course of 3 days and I'm still not sure the issue has been resolved. The last time I called, they were HATEFUL. I literally heard a lady say "Just transfer her to Catherine. I don't want to talk to her." Only to hear a second lady say "Well, she's on the phone and someone needs to talk to her. I don't know how to fix it- I only heard someone talking about it this morning."
So, apparently they're more interested in badmouthing customers than actually helping them. But, theres nothing you can do, because they have a monopoly and there are NO OTHER options of service providers for wifi in my area.

Bought a house in Bloomburg, Internet/Phone is a must have in communication be it our cell phones have spotty service. Called S.W.A.T. and was directed to either over phone (what I would call "paper work") or drive thru, lobby closed bc of Covid to establish service.
Chose the drive thru option, was given prrfect (I have cats) direction of their location. Spoke with a very friendly woman behind glass, was given two sheets of paper in of which was simple and not bloated with a bunch of legal jargon etc.
Simply filled it out, drove back to the window turned it in, paid for the service requirements, recieved additional tid bits of info along with a helpful card and was on my way.
Later on recieved a call from another lovely lady, informing me of a necessary visit from a service tech and may need home entry, and that is when I met Joe.
Joe was at the ready, kindly informed me to wear a mask around him in which was a proactive approach to safety that I appreciated.
I tend to forget things, it is like walking in room and not remembering why, the only room that does not occur is the bathroom, but I digress.
Joe was very informative and entertained my curious questions in which he probably gets all the time.
I was amazed to see the hair like fiber that carries all the information, that is just so epic to have the ability through light.
Joe found where the line was cut, possibly by the new water ran through by the road, so another work order and scheduled event to repair and we shall have the world at our finger tips and be able to communicate to our house and children while away.
Thanks so much for making it this easy, in such a stressful world of today, this has been a relief. Thank you all, that I won't even get to see in your works to get this done.

This place offers the best internet in town! Just switched to fiber, the men that came and did the installation were extremely nice. A lady called about the previous review and explained billing. Thank you for your help.
