I’ve been here twice now, and came back because Elena cut my son’s hair last time, and she was so amazing with him! He has autism and ADHD and for YEARS wouldn’t let us cut his hair. When he FINALLY agreed to, I called ahead and was informed they have a convenient app where you can sign up for an appointment, and it lets you know when to show.

We came in today for a fresh trim, and by luck, got Elena again who was just as wonderful with him. She made him giggle and feel at ease. I see the other staffers being great with their clients as well, while I’m there. Always smiling and conversational.

We will be returning! Thank you to Elena!! My son loves his cut. (As do I!)

Disappointing haircut experience from start to finish. Instead of taking responsibility for a subpar job, I was told it was my hair's fault—despite consistently getting excellent cuts elsewhere. The experience lacked any sense of a salon’s professional touch and felt more like being run through a cow-milking machine, with the sole focus being to upsell me—five separate times—rather than providing a quality service. Every attempt I made at casual conversation was hijacked and redirected to push some product. And the 'skin fade' I asked for? Not even close. It was a longer buzz fade I can literally pinch. When I pointed this out, I was told it would cost an extra $5 to actually take it to the skin. Rushed, impersonal, and utterly disappointing.

Sports Clips usually provides excellent service. However, during my recent visit, I experienced a frustrating issue. I signed up online and arrived at the scheduled time, but two people who had signed up online after me (they were at the very end of the list) were taken ahead of me. Meanwhile, four others, who were legitimately ahead of me online, were served as expected. This resulted in a delay of over an hour. If there’s a policy to follow the order of online check-ins, it should be consistently enforced, rather than allowing staff to pick and choose who goes first.

I want to thank Sasha and Kiana for haircuts and services they provide at the Mesa Ridge Sport Clips! My daughter has also come here and got her hair cut and styled by Amber and the whole team does a great job of attending to your needs. I came in today looking like a hot mess and Sasha cleaned me up! Thank you again!

Had a terrible experience at the Fountain Sports Clips. Staff, was unprofessional and rude! We arrived around 9:30 all the online appointments came in and we're taken first! We, weren't familiar with the process as it was our first time in a Sports Clips. We waited and waited, at one point I asked if Faith was showing on the tv console in the shop. I was told she's next. We waited and again another person walks in and we we're bypassed. I was told if you'd look at the screen you would see how many people there are. Not once was I told about online appointments being first every single time. A gentleman even said it was ok to take my daughter first as they had just got there. He, was told no it's ok you have an online appointment. If I was the stylist I would of said sure and I'll take her and Thank you sir. My daughter is special needs, having Autism and Down Syndrome! We, we're singled out by the staff completely! I know what it feels like! We, we're completely overlooked! At one point the blonde told me I didn't even see your daughter. Really, you checked clients out and she was right there! Look at the cameras in the store and you'll see what I'm writing about! I don't recommend this Sports Clip to Any family that has a Special needs child! Fountain, Ft. Carson don't take your child there. They will skip your child on purpose, because they don't want to cut their hair. CSDSA, please boycott this Sports Clips in Fountain, don't recommend this hair cutting, prejudice, to any families with special needs children. We left! We will never go back! Faith, got her hair cut at Smart Style by Imani the same day we left Sports Clips. Faith, was treated with respect, care and compassion! We will most definitely go back to her! Imani has the patience and caring of a true Angel! Anyone with a special needs child want a great, caring, compassionate haircut go see Imani at Smart Styles in Fountain, Colorado. I am my daughters voice! I want the community to know how prejudiced the Sports Clips in Fountain is. Sincerely, a mother of a Special Needs daughter.
