The reviews absolutely reflect the experience you have at Texell. Instantly upon walking in, I was offered a water and greeted with a smile.

I worked with Bradley Campbell, the branch manager, to establish a business checking account. He was extremely thorough, pleasant, and even stayed 35 minutes after hours to ensure all of my business needs were taken care of.

People were very quick to help me and made all my banking go smoothly. I was switching banks and accounts as well as other things and it all went seamlessly and easy. Staff very courteous and helpful and facilities are clean and inviting. Great place! Nice people!

I’ve been a member of Texell Credit Union for over a year now, and I’ve had nothing but frustration. The customer service is absolutely terrible. Every time I call, I’m either put on hold for an unreasonable amount of time or the representative is unhelpful and dismissive. I’ve had issues with my account that took weeks to resolve, and their online banking system is outdated and difficult to navigate.

Recently, I had to deal with an error on my account that was clearly their mistake, yet they took no responsibility and refused to offer any assistance. To top it off, I’ve experienced multiple instances of fees being applied without clear explanation.

I regret switching from my previous bank to Texell and will be looking for a new financial institution as soon as possible. Avoid this credit union if you value your time and money.

This loan process was the easiest I have ever had. Ariana was absolutely fantastic and very easy to work with on the short notice I gave her. Patrick handled all the paperwork for me online and was very courteous and efficient. I will definitely use Texell again.
