I was told by this organization that they only assist the residents who live within the "29203" zip code area. This really blows me because they swore it's been said on their website, but what gets me is that regardless of the zip codes in Richland county......it's still Richland county wether it's 29201, 29209, 29204 etc.

This place is a waste of time! I been going here for weeks seeking financial assistance and received nothing. I have been told by plenty of churches that they were given the funds to help people in need but instead they give you the run around and no help even after you come up a plan for your financial goals. I am so disappointed! My family is really in need of the services.

I donate all the time,it's because you don't have to pay for the things you need. They're really there when you can't manage financially. Starting over or just starting out. This organization will not turn their back on you.

This place is a very convenient organization that will do their best to assist and help and any needs that they service. I was very pleased to know that once I did come in I really did not have to with my husband while getting our taxes done because I'm going through chemo and my body at this time is being challenged with being able to have the strength to walk they offered to come out and let me sign my papers and I can stay in the car but I really was tired of being sitting in my car so I passed on that one but if you share your situation they try to assist in every way they can I really appreciated that.
