As a former education director at Goddard Greater Houston Heights, I can say with all certainty that this program is exceptional! Aside from the warm, family atmosphere, the teacher training program surpasses anything I have witnessed in almost thirty years of early childhood education. Students are heard, respected, and allowed to learn through play and at a pace that meets them where they are. Far more than a daycare, Goddard Greater Heights is an extended family for all who enter the doors! We’ve been a part of the Goddard family since 2019. We started our oldest there when he was 4 months old and he just graduated from Pre-K there in May. He is now in Kindergarten and went into it very well prepared and even knowing things that he was scheduled to learn in kinder. He loved it there and made some great friends. Our second is also at Goddard and has been there since 2021. We are also expecting a third and he will be going to Goddard too. We have had a great experience. The times were we had concerns, we worked directly with the admin team and found resolutions that worked. That is what was most important to us and key to our satisfaction.

Yes, they have turnover but so does every organization. I think the admin team does a great job of trying to hire the best people and on that same note, they know when someone is not working and a change is needed. As parents we only see one side and I think it’s important to share your feedback but also understand that there is more going on that we see. The team there truly has every kid’s best interest at heart.

To sum it up, if I had to do it all over again, I would choose Goddard again without a doubt in my mind. ?

Goddard (Greater Heights) is such an amazing school!! Our daughter started with them a few months ago and I have nothing but positive things to say about the school and more specifically, her teachers. They made the transition to daycare so smooth and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is seeking care for their child.

Both of my kids have loved their time at Goddard and we thought they prepped our son really well for Kindergarten. All of the teachers we’ve been lucky to have have been incredible, caring and so hands on with the kids. It’s fun to see all the creative projects they’re doing every day and we really appreciate the structured lesson plans. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable daycare.

We have been with Goddard for 6 years (oldest graduated and is now a thriving first grader and youngest is currently in a toddler class) We have experienced everything from global pandemics to natural disasters, the one thing that remains consistent is the care provided to my children. I know dropping them off each day they are well cared for and their needs are being met. I appreciate the academic focus, and have seen first hand how prepared my oldest was for the transition to kindergarten.
