I am so done with this credit union. I have had them for over 10 years and this past year has shown me it’s time to move on. Fraud was detected on my account on Feb 8th. I was told a new card was ordered that day and that it could take anywhere from 10-14 business days to receive the card. I called twice in between those 14 days (2/15 and 2/22) to check on the status of my card. Both times the representatives made it clear they did not care at all that I am unable to simply track my card to see when it will arrive. Even though this is frustrating it is understandable, some things are out of our control. However, when I called on 2/28 (the 13th business day) I was told by a VERY helpful representative (the first one who actually cared) that my card had never even been ordered!!! How was this not caught before now!? I have called TWICE! That means no groceries for my children for over 2 weeks, no bills have been paid, I have had to ask for help just for gas. I asked to speak to a supervisor because this representative did not deserve to hear my complaints when she was extremely helpful. She came back and told me the supervisor offered to rush me my card and waive the fee but it could still take 2-3 business days. I said absolutely not I need this card over nighted. I even said I would pay the fee!! The manager refused to speak with me and the rep said she would escalate this call to be treated as a priority for the next morning. It is 10:35AM right now and I am on hold because apparently it can take 24-48 hours for a supervisor to reach out. This is absolutely ridiculous. I am fuming and I am not own to leave bad reviews EVER but this is crazy!!

This is just a small company credit union. Not a giant bank. But because it is small the service is good, it is quick and convenient for me since I work at the brewery. The women who work there have been there a long time and know what they are doing. Personalized full service banking. They do it all. Savings, checking, debit cards, credit cards, auto and home loans, financial planning etc.....

The poor reviews were obviously left by morons who do not understand that they were trashing the credit union, and not the brewery or the security people as they intended......

I see there yard spotters rideing around texting on there phones wonder if they wreck. Place here needs a overhaul nowhere to drop trls no room and scales are way off. Here is idea beer plant have you ever heard of airbags for the space between the pallets.
