They work with you on your bill to a certain point. . But the last time I went into the office to pay my bill they were rude and hateful to us. And we were just standing there asking to pay our bill. It had gotten disconnected at that time. So we went into the office and said we need to pay our bill and too have it turned back on. My husband is a heart patient and we were having a hard time at that time paying things. But the people working that day were just rude and harassed us. They sat there for a while instead of acknowledging us. And then she was rude to us because it got disconnected. We were never rude to them. Just asked to pay our bill and have it turned back on politely. Then there was a male manager that came over and was rude and harassed us. Asked if there was a problem over here and if she needed help. There was no need for that. We were just standing there quietly waiting for her to help us with our bill. She said no problem. Just taking care of the bill for us. He went back and started to talk to the other female employee about us and the female employee was making fun of me . I had a scratch on my face . A small one and she made fun of it in front of everyone there. I will never go back into that office again. And if I could , I would change my electric company. They used to be so nice and polite. And so helpful. Not anymore. I can't believe you let your company and employees treat your customers that way when they didn't do anything wrong. Just had a rough time at that time. You never know what someone is going through or has gone through.

Set up my new utilities account over the phone. Very nice and thorough Customer Service. Answered all of my questions and made the entire process very pleasant, simple, and stress-free.

Sent a collections to my wife’s account after we made sure there was no more payments left with this company, a bunch of crooks

They really need to have people working nights that can answer phone calls when we have bad weather and we have to go without power for 5 hours. I understand that these things take time to fix, but the lack of communication between them and their customers is ridiculous. Plus they shut off my grandpas power literally 1 day past the due date because he forgot to pay his electrical bill and he has a medical condition that makes him forgetful.

Was told that internet would take 2-4weeks to set up. It’s been 6 weeks, the internet cable has been hanging on our telephone pole for 3 week’s waiting for installation. Every time I call customer services I get the same answer of wait another 3-4 weeks. Horrible customer service, wish I could give 0 stars. If you need internet, plan to wait for atleast two months if not more.

The guys at United Coop services are so tough and professional.. came to our rescue out here at Cahill country by Happy Hill.. I'm so impressed with their professionalism... Their knowledge about what they're doing and they kicked butt and got it done! Forever grateful for their help in the aftermath of the storm that I have not seen at my home in the 36 37 years that I have been here

Terrible! let me warn you , at one point the bill was entirely unbeatable then the price gauge occurs. Then a $200 transfer fee same building and moving 45ft. Oh and no notice, no call and no alert or notification on account that electricity would be turned off. As amount due did not reflect what was told to me so why would it be turned off as a surprise I don’t know. Wonderful award no electricity, no communication, no reflection as to what is due to be accurate.

Well I can say have no idea what spiked my bill a couple months back to almost 3 times it’s norm, but it has come down and I’m going to continue to monitor it. That being said this is the 1st and hopefully the last time for this.

Internet, it’s awesome no down time , no slow time and it doesn’t lose signal in a storm.
Overall internet much better great speed and price is much better than I used to pay, and I don’t have to reset it constantly.

Customer service has always been friendly when I have a question and even the service guys are friendly.
