I have been a VPFCU member for over 15 years! They have great loan rates, I’m on my forth car loan. They made the whole process quick and easy! The entire team has always been helpful and very kind! Best credit union experience! Won’t go anywhere else!

I have been with Valwood Park FCU for a very long time. They have financed multiple vehicles for me, given me several personal loans and excellent customer service. I am a customer for life!

I can’t believe this place is still up and running. Someone up there just hung up on me as I was trying to get access to my previous bank statements. Such an antiquated place for banking. Most people are sweet up here, but obviously some are not. Cannot believe I was hung up on by an employee, extremely immature.

Since me and my hubby open an account with this bank. It has been 1 thing after another. Fees fees... Charge u a fee when u got to withdraw monies from another ATM.. Cause thiers is broken. And than when I put a hold my account. They going to chate a fee when try to pull monies. .. I'm so disappointed with bank. And I thought putting my account on hold would keep me from fees. .
