With so many options to choose from online for office supplies and school supplies, I went ahead and person to the store so I can see all the items and decide from there. They had excellent choices for a composition books spiral books of different weights of paper sketchbooks I ended up choosing a bound sketchbook because I always have a habit of messing up the spiral.. pastel highlighter seem to be more pleasing to the eye for me so I had a choice between I believe five different kinds or more. Plus, there is a certain kind of dry erase marker that I wanted. It turns out it was a chalk dry erase marker I wouldn’t have found that online like I did in person. I always love to visit the clearance section although I resisted the temptation to want to buy 10 more things. All in all Walmart carried more than I expected, what I found and needed.

I keep getting disappointed for one reason or another.
tonight I went out of my way to come here to buy a retail item other Walmarts didn't carry. I needed it tonight.

Electronics section is on lockdown, I can't buy this retail item in front of me. I came here just for this.

I ask for help. the underpaid staff gives me an unsure response and walks away "looking" for help.

15 minutes later I ask someone else. She is trying to pretend she can't hear me and then throws her hands up "I'm supposed to say it's closed after 10".
The store is open, I came here for this item your app said you had. It's right in front of me, and I can't have it.

I go to the front and ask if there is anyone who can unlock a door in electronics and they tell me no.

Thrice disappointed me leaves and I don't have the thing I came out of my way to get tonight.

I'm disappointed, so disappointed.
Pay your staff better, and advertise your hours. I didn't see any indication that electronics would close at 10. no signage. If I was a more patient person I probably would have waited there an hour. which would have been even worse, because nobody cares for you at this Walmart.

I found a simple enough to construct Christmas Tree! Only 12.50. You have got to hunt a bargain. Mine had been a floor model!! No damage!! Off the chain. But could I find an attendant? Sorry! So I had to move Mas trees to the bottom of a very difficult place. You'd think that first off. They want to. But never the case. Anyway I was lucky enough for a client to help me. Ty young man.

The worst customer service ever!!! I waited 10 + minutes for someone to come and unlock the case to get a freaking dog leash! I even called from my phone within the store to send someone. I know they will never read this and apparently, they don’t care. How do they fix this? How can they make it right? They can’t! I am now a faithful Target shopper! I’m willing too not be inconvenienced with nonsense items locked behind glass!!!!!!

I ordered an item online from my home store, nearby, for curbside pickup there. The item was in stock. My item was then available for pickup at a store 20 miles away in holiday traffic. I was told by an associate that Walmart's online purchase software automatically does this after one makes a purchase. Not too cool. Buyers beware!

I was in line asking a girl if she can open me the plastic box that had the box of mini printer sheets so I can go pay it at the self checkout and she went to the lady who had the magnetic opener to box the boxes and she saw me and she’s gave the key to the other girl and then gave it back to her and then I’ve been waiting for the asian lady to open me up the box so I can go pay the pack of photo printer sheets at the self check out quick because I was in a hurry and instead she went to go to another customer instead of attending me and I’ve been waiting for long when I was in a hurry and wasted my time and never helped me at all I was so pissed off she was being so lazy and didn’t want to help at all she saw me and never helped at all! What kind of an employee does that she never said I’ll be right with you or give me a just a second nothing bad customer service!!!!!

Stopped into the customer service center last night to get a re-print of a receipt from a purchase a couple of weeks ago. Gave them literally every single detail I could’ve given them (last 4 on my card, date, time, even the exact register I made the purchase at). The “AP”, whatever that is, comes out and tries to convince me that I didn’t actually purchase anything from that store on that day, and when I went to show her the transaction on my bank statement, she straight up tells me “I don’t have time for this”. Word for word, right to my face.

Maybe I’m in the wrong for expecting any kind of useful service from Walmart of all places, but “I don’t have time for this” is crazy work for a customer service rep. regardless of who you work for. Won’t be spending another dime here.

Being that it's the holidays, the Walmart was not even crowded. When I went it had everything in stock. Everything was clean and neat. And I got everything on my list and everything that I needed,
The cashier was very quick and friendly to check me out
