I am very disappointed in the service degradation at Westerra. 3 separate times we needed simple services and couldn't get it done. 1 - Jan 2024 needed a cashier check and the machine was broken sent us to Canvas 2 - May 2024 needed a new debit card printed and machine was broken and had been for months had to call for a card to be mailed 3 - today after calling for availability of a notary...needed a notary and the only licensed teller didn't have her stamp with her. Paid at UPS.. It seems to always be something with them.

I've had so many issues with this credit union. They have a beyond buggy banking app. I haven't been able to log into my account online for months.

You literally have to call to get passwords reset. This place lives in the dinosaur age.

I thought credit unions were supposed to be locally owned and allow for people who aren't in the top 1% to not have to pay an arm and a leg to have a checking account.

Well, looks like they'll start charging customers $10/month with an average daily balance below $2,500. Don't come here to bank. They have poor technology and screw you over.

I came in to have a new card printed as a security breech compromised mine. The teller told me he was “too busy to print cards today.” He did not even offer the next closest location…. Off to BMO we go! This was the Parker location.

I have banked with Westerra since I was a teenager, and the service there has always been helpful. I appreciate that they are a Credit Union, and they have shared branching because they are a Credit Union. This is helpful because I can go to other Credit Unions and use their ATM's. I am also thankful that I can receive a new debit card that day and not have to wait for it in the mail. I will absolutely continue to bank with them.

I have been a member with Westerra for a few years now and I have never had a single issue with them. I have had a number of loans, credit cards, a line of credit, multiple checking accounts and it has all worked seamlessly. I hardly step foot in a branch anymore, as their online banking and the coop network makes it easy to access my accounts from anywhere, and at any time. The team there has always been great to work with when i have had to go in. You guys are awesome.

The worst Credit Union we ever worked with. If you have a high credit score and high income then just don't waste your time and go to another place... My spouse has an excellent credit score and a highly payed full time job, but she was told that she has to have a co-signer since she did not take a car loans in the past. The car she wanted to buy is just the basic used Toyota. Seriously ? Good luck Westerra...

Westerra Credit Union has been our bank for over 30 years, they do a great job of taking care of their customers. They have been with us as we have bought and sold homes, they make the mortgage process easy..

I've had a great experience at this branch, as well as the Castle Rock branch. The manager has been very helpful over the past 3 years in pointing me the right direction with my loan needs. I'm happy with the online interface for westerra as well. They make it easy to do internal or external transfers.
