So irritating because it's always so very slow. I don't understand why they don't come up with a better system. It's not that hard. There should be a line for check deposits only, no cash back. It gets those people in and out quick and would help with the congested traffic. If the person's issue is going to take longer than a few to 5 minutes, then they should be helped by someone over in a cubicle...or at least send them to another line and keep the in and out traffic moving!

I was waiting in the handicap seats, ive been sitting in the seate about 25 mins and then the girl thats supposed to be looking out for the bank in the corner tells me and my two kids move out of the handicap area and sit where the people eho have interviewes at, and then someone takes my seat and i lost my stuff, and still sat in the same spot for about 20 mins then i listen to her to move and now i lose my spot, doesnt make sense.

Been a member here for five years. I've banked at many credit unions and major banks- this has been the only true disaster I've ever experienced. Their technology systems are beyond broken. They setup my account, my wife's account, and our joint auto loan all on separate customer profiles. This means we need to log into three separate accounts to pay the auto loan monthly. They won't allow auto-pay because the "profiles are separate", and their own system glitches have created late payments twice, despite providing us with a confirmation at the time the payment was submitted. Management has refused to do anything about the dings on our credit, and we have wasted 10+ hours talking to customer service about fixing the split account profiles. Nobody can help and nobody cares. We had a six-figure balance in our savings here until all of this nonsense. We've since moved to a different credit union. Stay away.

I called and the lady who talked to me told they will be able to fix it right away if I went to the bank but no they told me they couldn’t do nothing and that I was probably not even going to get my money back that I put into their bank and now I have to pay that negative account number back which is unfair

Wow I’m shocked and surprised at all the bad reviews on here. Just wow. Well to change that up. I just came on here to say. That I had a great experience thanks to Cytti Soto. Who was polite, informative, professional, respectful, and caring. Keep up the great work, Golden1. God Bless?

The tellers are rude, they are not very accommodating to the elder. The line is always ridiculously long and the tellers don't care to try and hurry. Manager talks bad about members to other employees loud enough for other members to hear. Parking is a nightmare. Terrible bank! Taking my account elsewhere so is my mom, sister. And 2 nephews.

Paid off 3 autos on time up to $50k, a member for 15 years, and they decided to put a 10 day hold on a large portion of my payroll check that I've been getting for over a year (same company, same checks, no change in name, etc.) Never had any non sufficient funds, never late on any of my accounts. Told me it was standard on payroll checks being mobile deposited. So if you like paying everything on time and then being treated as if you have no options on your own money, bank here. Nobody should have to wait an entire payroll cycle to get paid again with their own money. Especially 10 days, "standard". Thanks Golden One. Going back to EECU....
