This bank auto insurance is out sourced to some other company, it's pain full to talk call center & getting right person ,they will keep charging $175 + intrest rate as well, we have to call again to refund.
I am not getting my refund & keep calling customer support.

Worst bank ever. Every time i go in there’s only a couple people working and a HUGE line and wait time for me is usually at least an hour. TERRIBLE

Eduardo is the best. My bank made a mistake and bounced my direct deposit and IRS said it was going to take 2wks to get a check. Eduardo got my check in 1 day. Very thankful !!!!! Go to him and you won't be disappointed

I'm glad the branch is reopen, because it's walking distance from my home. The staff is friendly and helpful, just waiting on the atm machine to be rebuilt

Super disappointed. New employees I’ve experienced at this location have been lacking. 6 people in line behind me, all finished and taken care of and gone. I went to print a new debit card and the kid after me got his card handed to him not even 2 minutes after sitting next to me, I waited an additional 10minutes—ridiculous — the whole bank cleared out and I’m still sitting there with 4 tellers/staff standing behind the counter

They need to hurry up and fix this place back up, all other places are too far and always too busy to get something quickly done. As I may speak for the people, "hurry and get this place fixed".

Even though they don't have ATMs yet they are putting them in . This is one of the better places to do banking.
