Customer service somewhat less of late..
Made an appointment at my local branch and talked to somebody about raising my credit card limit and she said they'd give me a call the next day.. I wasn't worth a call back or an follow up explanation.
Unacceptable..
.... after waiting all day almost until closing time I called the national service representative number and waited almost 40 minutes to get my answer with no follow up.. I was treated like a punk... I've been with EECU in good standing for a lot of years and I remember the way it used to be compared to the way it is now...

Had the great pleasure of working with Paulette and Diana on securing my first auto loan!

It was my first time financing a vehicle and they both went above and beyond with answering all of my questions as I learn how the process works. Car buying carries a bad rep of being a difficult process but Paulette and Diana made my first auto loan so easy!

Customer Service via phone gives inaccurate information. The information given is often conflicting than inside of individual branches. This is the second time this issue has happened. They need better training and updated policies on what the branch needs to open certain accounts. Customer Service inside the branch are always nice and professional.

On Sunday my account was hit by scammers. I called the fraud department and actually talked to a person. She was very helpful, on Monday I was helped by Charlotte. She was very professional and helpful. I appreciate her patience and her knowledge! Thank you Charlotte! My money has been replaced!

Went on Christmas Eve to deposit money into the atm ( guilty of late Xmas shopping), only to have the atm take my money, kick out a receipt with a technical error, and now I have to wait a month to get my money back. This isn’t the first time these atms have been horrible, countless mistakes and errors, always down or having problems. Try and reach out to customer service only to be mocked and rushed off the phone. Really disappointed with this branch and location. Definitely changing banks after this.

Took my Mom. She had made an appointment for notary service. When the guard found out he went inside and talked with someone and we were allowed in. Several times I have been with Mom and the staff have always neen very polite.
