Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Never had to wait more than a few minutes. Usually teller is available right away. Lots of parking in the back. ATM is painfully slow but works ok otherwise. I can't believe it took me so long to switch to a credit union from one of the big banks.

I appreciate this credit union! The manager and associates all helped me out when I needed help with my auto loan. Travis at the front desk went above and beyond! Every teller is always friendly and helpful. Its always a personal feel here. I highly recommend Logix Credit Union!

Totally not recommend.
Don't put hard inquiries on your credit by logix
This a second time bad experience with logix and i do not believe them.
They run my wife and i credit with refinance our car but decline us because need at least full tax with high amont of income for 30k car value refinance

The weirdest bank ever.
I couldn’t make a deposit at their atm for 3 days in a row, they are always have half functioning service

So, for the last 2 weeks I couldn’t make a deposit! ATM is not working or working incorrectly!
Guys, this is terrible
Moreover my card was compromented and that’s bank fault, cause I’m not using this card
Last drop, I’m closing my account
The worst experience ever.

My wife and I were very impressed with the service that we received from the Logix office in Tarzana. Our mortgage application representative, Sabrina, was very professional and patient with all of our questions. We felt very comfortable with her handling our mortgage application. She made sure that we understood the paper work and loan process. April, who process our loan helped make sure that our loan came through before the closing date. She was also great to work with and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend Logix especially the two people that make our loan process easy for us.

This branch has very rude customer service. I am really disappointed in their customer service and how unaccommodating they were. I don't care how busy you may be, there is a way be be courteous about issues that your members are facing with the bank. My branch called them for help and they did not feel like they had to help because they are "not my branch" but they should be helpful to all their member! Thank god this is not our branch and we do not have to deal with them all the time. They make Logix look very unattractive because unfortunately they are REPRENSTING ALL Logix banks.

This was the 2nd branch I tried to use for a deposit. Why only 1 ATM machine? Why is the ATM machine not accepting checks & cash. What an inconvenience.
