Just wanted to say a big thank you to Logix in general for being so helpful and amazing. I believe I have been a happy member since 2009! I am so grateful for their amazing staff. A huge shoutout to the wonderful Alisa at the Thousand Oaks branch who went above and beyond to make me feel extra special before my big day. Amazing branch, amazing customer service. Thank you!

I've been with them for years! They are always so amazing this review is overdue.

I was recently in an accident and totaled my car. This was a stressful experience and they made getting a new car so smooth it completely changed the overall experience I was having. The communication and service made such a difference in how I was feeling about dealing with the insurance company.

They make everything extremely easy. Paying for auto loans through them to printing out new cards same day if needed. This is the go to place to bank with!

I cannot say enough good things about Logix. Their rates are the best and their customer service is top notch. They have quickly become my favorite financial institution! & this is my preferred branch. They are always so friendly and accommodating. Top notch remote client service . I have never stepped foot in a branch and have had and paid off two auto loans with them. I'm wrapping up a new loan this week and have again been very pleased with how easy it is to work with them.

Hands down the best financial institution I've ever used! So good, in fact, that I've decided to stay with them even though I've moved to Washington state! I still do my banking with Logix by using other credit union atms and all other of my services online or over the phone. I hope one day they'll add locations in Washington!

UPDATE: I still feel the same! I will stay a member of Logix as long as they are available. Crack on!

After 3 attempts and a promised returned call. I have yet to be connected to someone who can open a business account. We have been members and hold a few loans with this branch, and disappointment comes to mind.

Having all My information with no emails voicemails or even a missed call, I sincerely hope they begin to follow up in the near future.
