I started receiving disability benefits for my son and got the first check yesterday in the mail. I had no idea what it takes to actually cash that kind of check! Luckily Remi and her manager were there to help! They were so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the process. Remi helped me open an account for my son and get the check deposited, and also gave me what I needed to get Social Security to direct deposit his future payments into his account. They even gave him an actual piggy bank! I could not have been happier with my interaction there. I definitely felt like they listened to my situation and took care of everything I needed.

I have found that Hilda Lopez is very welcoming and always quickly solves the issue that I came to the credit union for! She has even called me at home multiple times when she discovers an issue that requires our intervention. She and her staff provide exceptional service!!!!

I have been with Premier America for many years. It is very rare that my branch treats with good customer service. I recently relocated and needed to reorder checks. This branch provided the best customer service I've ever lexperienced with Premier America. Taken care with respect and kindness. Checks ordered without any issues. I was even offered a couple of checks until my order arrived. They printed a couple for me.... this is service. Something the branch in Chatsworth rarely provides. Thank you so very much for the excellent service. It was appreciated.

Wow. Got a motorcycle loan from Eric today.Start to finish a few hours. Super pleasent and smooth. Rate was decent for nowadays. Nice facility , There were 3 tellers on a saturday! Try geting that from a big branch bank.
