My mom is absolutely thriving under the wonderful care she is receiving at Rio. Her apartment is well lighted and the windows allow her to enjoy natural lighting and a lovely view. She loves the food and looks forward to each meal. The staff is so kind and caring. I could not have asked for a better place for my mom to stay. If I could, I would give Rio Las Palmas 10 stars! ⭐️

My parents lived at Rio for 3 1/2 years and enjoyed their time there. The staff is very caring & kind, understanding the different stages seniors go through as they age. They are patient & treat their residents with dignity, respect & compassion. There are lots of activities to participate in from exercise to movies to crafts, and special holiday events. I especially appreciated the way they celebrate their Veterans on Veterans’ Day, and I could see how honored each Veteran felt. Thank you for caring for my parents!

Rio Las Palmas is truly an exceptional place! Everyone there is professional, caring, and creates a warm and inclusive environment. Jennifer, Johana, Liz, and the rest of the staff are there to help you and your loved ones. They will go out of their way to make sure your loved ones are cared for. Since 2018, four of our relatives have lived there and we have had nothing but positive experiences. The facilities are clean, the food is delicious, and the caregivers and med techs are excellent! We’re so happy we found Rio Las Palmas; we feel like family there. Do yourself a favor and check out Rio if you’re looking for a retirement/assisted care facility!

This place is amazing! We looked at other places for our mother but none compared to Rio Las Palmas! It's clean and the grounds are beautiful. The staff, you will not find any place that has a more friendly or helpful staff. They always have a smile. The food is always amazing! Better than alot of restaurants. The nurses ( Jennifer and Karen) along with the med techs are always patient and kind with the family.

My mom has been living her for just about 2 years, first independently and now in assisted living. It’s very clean and there are a ton of daily activities for her to participate in if she chooses (art classes, bingo, music, movie nights, etc) the food is good according to my mom.
But the nurses here in assisted living are THE BEST! They are patient and kind and are available to me and my mom when I have questions or need any info about her, I’m specifically talking about Jennifer and Karen. I live about two hours away and they have always been incredibly helpful.

Rio Las Palmas has a great staff. From the minute you walk in, you feel that your loved ones are cared for. There's always a friendly welcome. The care givers tend to your loved ones needs with care and compassion. Additionally, the nursing staff is quick to respond to when your loved ones are in need and their communication is extraordinary. A huge shout out to Jennifer and Karen who keep me abreast of my Dad's condition as thing unfold. My everlasting gratitude to them.

Absolutely caring and dedicated staff. I have had a couple loved ones in this facility and hands down, the staff here has been the most attentive and caring to my loved one each and every time!! I highly recommend Rio Las Palmas to anyone needing their loved one cared after for the staff is very caring, friendly and attentive to each patients needs. With being from Southern California I was truly nervous and anxious trying to find someone that cared for my family as I would, and Rio Las Palmas is the place by far! The nurses have been nothing but the best! Thank you Rio Las Palmas for showing me that my family is in great hands with your care!
