This is the worst bank around. They recently did an upgrade locking everybody out of the online accounts and debit cards did not work after this upgrade I went in today, February 8, 2024 at 4:58 PM. I got to the teller and they told me there was fraud on my account so I called fraud detection like they told me and the first number did not work this is a card that they handed me so I called another number on the card and it said my card had not been activated yet so finally getting through and calling the third number on the card fraud detection told me there was no fraud on this account. They cannot see why they would say that so if you’re looking for a new bank go to Washington Mutual Wells Fargo Bank of America or EECU this bank is horrible corporate is sitting upstairs lining their pockets and the tellers behind the counter at each branch have to put up with everybody’s attitude because everyone is angry that they cannot access their money. This is an outage this bank is a joke the card that they issue is through a third-party account so they can’t even tell you what’s going on in your account. Tacoma does too many side business hustles when you call them they can’t help you with your card you have to call another number and they can’t help you with your account, so please people don’t go to this bank. Hopefully they get shut down and have to go back to wherever the hell they came from.

We've been members with Tucoemas for over 30 years now. We've never been disappointed with anyone from all of the branches, however, I recently went to the Akers location and had a special circumstance that needed attention, it was actually on my birthday, well Emily impressed me so much! Her professionalism was exceptional and she was so understanding and friendly. She went above and beyond for me. She even made sure to give me a Starbucks gift card for my birthday! She made me feel like I was valued and cared about. Thank you Emily❤️?

My recent visit to Tucoemas in Porterville, was with employee Emily. From the moment I walked in the door, Emily was quick to say hello and offer her assistance. While Emily assisted me with my transactions, she was professional, kind, respectful, helpful and friendly. As well as knowledgeable and quick to make the transactions. I was in and out, in a matter of minutes. Emily is a great asset to Tucoemas, her coworkers, her position, and the members of Tucoemas she assists daily. If I want to call and speak to Emily regarding my account, I first call the main office in Visalia, then ask to be transferred to the Porterville Branch. I give the Porterville Tucoemas Branch a 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating!

Being a new member to Tucoemas Federal Credit Union I did not know what to expect. I soon found out that all of it's staff are courteous, friendly and informative especially Analisa Williams.
