Back in the day, when the state budget was funny state workers were issued warrants as our paychecks.

Arrowhead had no problem cashing our warranted checks and as matter of fact Arrowhead Credit Union Teams came out to Patton State Hospital and started new accounts with people because the banks they had would NOT cash their warrant check.

All I can say is, thank God for Arrowhead Credit Union.

I wish I read through all the bad reviews those are the actual reviews for this bank I feel like they have been using fake reviews every time I went here I kept having issues when u put money here then try to take it out they claim ur fake and call identifying theft but it's really the bank trying to keep ur money from leaving I had my log info stolen and had manybissues witb this credit union I wish I could have given this place 0 stars most to counter the fake 5 star reviews

Have called so many times and their automated system is broken. Instructs u to use certain options but yet none of them work, it's just keeps repeating itself. No human interaction available which is very scary for a financial institution

Waiting for ever for someone to help. The 3 associates were too busy having conversation. The gentleman was even enjoying his coffee as they carried on with your conversation.

I’m doing this review for awareness if you bank with arrowhead. I am going through identity thief and had reported this to the bank a month before this incident occurred. I advise this women had my id and was going to stores to use my information . Despite this information they still allow this individual to go in the branch and withdrawal money ,make transfers on my account at two separate locations when I went into the bank all they said they can give me a loan on my own money until they can resolve it . From the start they me it seem like I was guilty and were not helping me in anyway way when I asked for a manager all they did was refer me to their loss prevention team which in his words “it’s a hot topic in America people are dressing up the homeless and bringing them in to the banks so they can not stop them “ it’s bazaar to me how someone can just walk in to the bank and do transfer withdraw my money without my consent . There’s so much more to this story . I’m currently working with police department and once it’s resolved I will never bank with arrowhead credit union .

Went in to apply for a loan and to get a new card and although I was only able to get the card, customer service was amazing. Angelica was super sweet and helped me out perfectly. ?
